Exciting news, Shack fans! We’re rolling out a brand-new and improved interface for the Happy Point app, designed to make your experience even better. Get ready for a smoother, more rewarding journey as we enhance how you earn and redeem points at Shake Shack!
Temporary Downtime – What You Need to Know
As we gear up for the big transition, there will be a temporary downtime starting 8th March, with the app making its grand return on 14th April. During this period, here’s what you need to take note of:
Redeem Your Vouchers Before the Closure: Be sure to use your existing vouchers before the app goes offline on 8th March.
Voucher Issuance Paused: No new vouchers will be issued via Happy Point from 8th March onwards.
Keep Earning Points: You can still earn points at Shake Shack by scanning the QR code at checkout. However, point redemption will be temporarily paused and will resume once the app is back.
