That’s right, we’re bringing truffle back! We’re excited to announce that this is the
most elevated menu yet. This time around we’re kicking it up a notch with an expertly
crafted White Truffle Menu – available in all Shacks from 17 April 2024.
The Real Deal
Known as “the king of the mushroom kingdom,” white truffles are very rare. This
unique ingredient grows in limited climates off the roots of specific tree species and
cannot be cultivated, which explains why white truffles are almost four times more
expensive than black truffles! This also explains why most white truffle oils on the
market are made using artificial flavoring. Generally, you can only find real white
truffles at fine dining restaurants, but now we’re bringing the fine dining experience to
your local Shack—reservations not required. Our new White Truffle Menu features real
white truffle sauce.

White Truffle ‘Shroom Burger
Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted Monterey Jack, Tilsiter and Colby
cheeses, topped with real white truffle sauce and shredded lettuce on a toasted
potato bun
Parmesan Fries with White Truffle Sauce
Crinkle cut fries dusted with grated parmesan cheese served with a side of real white
truffle sauce.

Putting our fine dining experience into high gear, we’re teaming up with Moët &
Chandon to provide the best dining experience for you. White truffle bundles
consisting of our White Truffle burgers and Moët & Chandon Imperial Mini Brut 200ml
will be available on delivery platforms from 1 May 2024 and available on Happy Point
App from 17 May 2024, while stocks last.
