Our Veggie Shack started out in the Innovation Kitchen in NYC, built from a mix of real veggies
and grains, then seared so it gets that nice crisp on the outside while staying soft inside. Add
some American cheese, pickles, crispy onions and ShackSauce, all tucked into a toasted
potato bun and that’s the classic we’re bringing back.
What’s actually in the patty?
A whole lineup of 11 veggies: portobello + shiitake mushrooms, sweet potato, carrot, celery,
leek, roasted red onion, roasted garlic, cabbage, beet and chives. Plus a few hearty bits like
sunflower seeds, miso, farro and quinoa that give it that extra flavor and bite.

We love seeing you get your greens in, especially when it’s in the form of a really good burger.
If you’re looking to switch things up, you can now add our nutrient-packed veggie patty to
any burger on the menu. It’s an easy way to make your usual order feel a little fresher without
giving up the flavours you already love. And for anyone who’s already team Veggie Shack,
add on another veggie patty or add a ’Shroom Patty to give it a little something extra!
