Singapore, get ready — we’ve got something special cooking. To celebrate bold flavors and
one-of-a-kind collabs, Shake Shack Singapore is teaming up with Chef Louis Han of the
one-MICHELIN-starred restaurant Nae:um. Starting Wednesday, 5 November, you’ll be the first
to sink your teeth into a lineup that brings together the best of American classics and modern
Korean flavors.
Why we’re so excited to work with Chef Louis Han
We’ve admired Chef Louis for a long time. Since opening Nae:um in 2021, he’s taken Singapore
by storm with his creative spin on Korean cuisine, earning a MICHELIN star along the way. His
cooking celebrates tradition while pushing boundaries, much like how Shake Shack
reimagines classic American bites. Bringing his fresh, Seoul-inspired perspective into our
Shack kitchen felt like the perfect match.
The Shack x Nae:um Menu
Chef Louis and our culinary team have crafted four limited-time items that fuse Korean
heritage flavors with Shack’s signature style:
Pyo:go Galbi Shack
Angus beef burger stacked with kale salad, sliced Pyogo mushroom, red onions, lettuce, and
smoky-sweet Korean Galbi sauce
Saeng:Chae Gochujang Chicken
Crispy chicken breast or thigh topped with crunchy Saengchae and finished with bold garlic
gochujang sauce.
Salsa Jang:ajji Fries
Crinkle cut fries loaded with tangy-sweet salsa Jjangajji sauce, diced tomatoes, red onions,
spring onions and parmesan.
Tropical Makgeolli Shake
A refreshing blend of Makgeolli, pineapple purée, lime juice, and vanilla frozen custard,
topped with lime zest.
A collab worth savoring
Just like Seoul itself, this menu is vibrant, dynamic, and packed with surprises. We couldn’t be
prouder to bring Chef Louis’s vision into our Shack kitchens and share it with our Singapore
community.
