From Festival to Fame

Picture this – our team is gearing up for the annual Burger Bash at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival in Miami. The stakes are high, and everyone has an opinion (trust us, there were a lot of ideas). But in the end, simplicity won.

We went with what we do best—a classic, comforting burger, jazzed up with something new. Enter our secret weapon: ShackMeister Fried Shallots. These crispy little beauties stole the show, and guess what? We won!

So what’s the deal with the Shallots?

Think onion rings, but better.
Our ShackMeister Ale-marinated shallots are crispy, garlicky bites of perfection. Shallots have a sweeter, more subtle flavor than onions, which is why we love them. Plus, their smaller size means more crunchy bits on every bite. (You’re welcome.)
We marinate the shallots to balance their natural sweetness with a little bitter edge from our ShackMeister Ale. Then, we fry them to golden perfection and pile them high on burgers and flat-top dogs.
