Hello, One Fullerton!

Since landing at Jewel Changi in 2019, we’ve been growing our Shack family across the island—and now, we’re fired up to open our 11th Shack!
This new Shack at One Fullerton is serving up more than just burgers—it’s got front-row seats to some of the best views in town. Think Marina Bay Sands, the Singapore Flyer, and that picture-perfect skyline. The space brings a breezy, coastal-inspired feel with subtle nods to Singapore’s vibrant culture. But what are we really excited about? Our exclusive Concrete collab with a true local gem—Mrs Kueh.

About the artwork in our Shack

Say hello to the wild side of the Shack. Local artist Sadiq Mansor splashes his signature style across our walls with an artwork inspired by creatures native to Singapore—reimagined with a magical twist for our Mythical Tide theme.
From the shy pangolin to the rare pink dolphin and the majestic sambar deer, Sadiq brings these animals to life like you’ve never seen before. Think coral-crowned otters, tidal-winged hornbills, and glowing, deep-sea crabs—all vibing in a dreamy world where land meets sea and myth meets reality.
Known for his bold characters and playful storytelling, Sadiq turns the everyday into the extraordinary. His mural is a celebration of Singapore’s rich biodiversity, brought to life with color, curiosity, and a whole lot of Shack spirit.

One Pineapple Please

We’ve teamed up with Mrs Kueh to create a Shack-exclusive dessert that blends our vanilla frozen custard with her signature Pineapple and Citrus tart—a buttery, golden classic with sweet, tangy pineapple jam. It’s rich, refreshing, and a perfect bite of nostalgia in every spoonful.
It’s our way of giving a little nod to heritage flavours while mixing things up in a fun, new way. As part of our Stand For Something Good mission, we love teaming up with local partners who put heart into what they do—just like Mrs Kueh. They’re known for their handmade, traditional kuehs, and together we’ve created a Concrete that’s a little unexpected yet a little nostalgic. It’s our way of celebrating the local community we’re proud to be part of.
See you soon at the Shack!
